PDP'S NWC CELEBRATES EKITI VICTORY WITH JONATHAN

 

National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sunday, at the Presidential Villa celebrated the party's victory at the governorship poll in Ekiti State with President Goodluck Jonathan, just as the president re-emphasised one-man, one-vote.
The committee led by PDP national chairman, Adamu Muazu gave kudos to Jonathan for the conduct of the election, which was adjudged free and fair.
The president expressed delight on the peaceful conduct of the election, as well as the outcome.
According to him, the election which was devoid of violence, deserved commendations.

"You (NWC) coming to have such an interaction with me and the Vice President is quite unique, it has never happened. It shows clearly that the game changer will change so many games”.
He stressed the need to entrench the principle of one-man, one-vote, which he said was the agenda of PDP.
Vice President Namadi Sambo said "I am happy today that your Excellency, we have not failed in the assignment that was given to us. Congratulations sir”,
