Man Loses Wallet in Israel, Finds it in Onitsha

wallet
It was a antale but there is nothing God cannot do. His blessings are without pains. Indeed, for everything there is a reason. He allowed it to happen. It was in far away Israel that a pilgrim, indeed Anambra State Coordinator of Nigeria Prays, Jeff Nwabueze, lost his wallet on arrival at Arazim Resort apartment in Tiberias, Israel. This reporter was his roommate and it really got us worried. We could not determine where and when it got lost and efforts were deployed to get the lost wallet all to no avail. But Nwabueze, “the choirmaster” of Bus 4, as he was called in Israel, continued to give us assurances that his blessings and joy would not be taken away by the loss and he kept praising God. The bus captain of Bus 4 and overseer of PHAD Ministry, Obosi, Pastor Ben Obiaguna, who is also a member of the Anambra State Pilgrims Board, gave us hope too that God will provide the wallet and the contents therein. Nwabueze got all the encouragement and support he needed because Bus 4 was indeed a family from Nigeria to Jerusalem and not without the normal family challenges now and
then even in the Holy land. Nwabueze went to the Israeli police and authorities to make entries should someone be caught impersonating him in crime to avoid his hard earned reputation being soiled. He went with Bus 4 guide, Eli Gertner, although we call him Eli Yahau. He was pained by the loss and at the end of 10 days, we departed Jerusalem for Nigeria without the wallet containing more than four identification cards, including that of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he works, Police Community Relations Committee, driver’s licence, national identity card and voter card and all his ATM cards. The wallet also contained cheque leaves and some reasonable amount of money. But on the Christmas eve, as they were busy doing a Christmas programme, his phone kept ringing and ringing but he kept putting it on hold. But when he was through and returned the call, his shout of “Praise the Lord” shook the compoundto the extent that everybody wanted to know why and what had happened. He broke the news to the joy of all and they all praised God. Nwabueze immediately alerted me of the good news and I requested for the story line. He was not in that mood and requested that I join him for the report. I immediately accepted to join him and off we went on Boxing Day, 26th December 2014, to Living Faith Church, Worldwide, (Winners Chapel International) regional headquarters, Onitsha. There seated before us, after some preliminary talk with his few staff on duty was the Provincial Pastor of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Pastor Fred Attabo, a jolly fellow and filled with the spirit of discerning. He talks less, meditates more and listens much as well. He is a digital pastor and from my observation he thrives in neatness both from outside and within, despite his workers being on holidays, the magnificent compound was awesome. Then, just a swivel and the wallet with all the contents emerged with all of us clapping. It was awesome. God manifested Himself that we would not serve Him with pain if we believe.
