Christians have been enjoined to invest in things that are eternal, which treasure would live beyond their existence.
They are charged to ensure they promote Christian kingdom business that borders on development of both human and material well being of the less privileged in society, said that is the service demanded of man by God.

Delivery his sermon, the Anglican Bishop of Amichi, in Nnewi South LGA of Anambra state, Bishop Ephraim Ikeakor admonished Christians to ender themselves in things that would outlive their existence on earth.
He urged them to eschew spending their resources on earthly things that do not edify the world of God, says project that touches live and extending hands of assistance to the needy in the society are some of the services God expects from the mortals.
The Bishop and the worshipers however charge Christians to always show interest in the building and developmental projects executed in Church besides their investment in earthly things.
They solicit for divine love to sustain Christianity, not give in to trepidation in the face of religious victimization and challenges.
The worshipers who lamented over series of attacks been carried out against Christianity in the country, even in the era of terrorism, charged Christians to be steadfast and ensure they hold on to their faith till the end.
