The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha said he has fulfilled about 90 percent of the campaign promises made to the people of the state.
Okorocha made the disclosure when he received the management of the Sun Publishing Company led by the Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief, Mr Eric Osagie, at his Spitbat Owerri residence on Tuesday.

Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III has warned Nigerians that anyone who killed in the name of religion would go to hell.
The Sultan, who is also the Co-Chairman of Nigeria Inter-Religious Council spoke yesterday in Ilorin at the opening of a two-day international conference organised by the Kwara State government on security and peaceful co-existence in Nigeria.
He warned against any attempt by anyone to disintegrate the country in the name of religion, adding that the Bible and the Quran, two holy books serving as guide to Christians and Muslims did not recommended murder as a prerequisite to faithful worship.

Dozen Die, Scores Injured In Nigerian Jet Mistakingly Bomb IDP Camp

Scores of people are feared dead after a military plane mistakenly dropped a bomb inside the Rann IDP camp in Borno State.

The Rann IDP camp in Kala-balge Local Government Area caters for thousands of persons displaced by Boko Haram.

A source at the camp revealed this to Ashiwaju.org  that at least hundred people were injured and needed to be evacuated to hospitals.
