ANHA Passes.Motion To Regulate.Vigilante Operation in Nsugbe

Anambra state house of assembly has passed a motion instructing the state commissioner of policeSam OKAULA to regulate the unruly conduct of Nsugbe Vigilante group in Anambra East Local Government Area of the
State.

Presenting the motion at the plenary of the house, Member representing Anambra East state constituency, Honorable Obinna Emenakha said the operation of the vigilante group should be restructure to enable.them work within the ambit to law provided by the state house of assembly.
He regretted the manner the boys operate, in conjunction with some locally employed vigilant group in that axis of the state causing disaffection and disturbing the peace of the residents of the area.
The house however resolved that the Anambra state commissioner of police Sam Okaula should wake up to responsibility  and put those boys on check.
The house also passes another motion, called on the state governor , Willie Obiano to fix the deplorable portion of Ajali- Ufoma road that leads to the agrarian area of  Orumba South LGA to enable.farmers and Residents of that Area have access to their businesses.
The motion was sponsored by the member representing Orumba North State constituency, Honorable Romanus Obi, urged the state government to see that portion of road as a priority project that would boost the already Agric progress in the state.
Stating the importance of the road and solicits for urgent intervention of the state governor to enable the people Orumba North and.South LGAs have it as their Christmas present from the state government.
The plenary was presided over by the speaker, Rt. Honourable Rite Mmaduagwu who urged the state commissioner of police  to.endavour he supervises the operation of the Nsugbe Vigilante group forthwith .
