Industrial Court in Akure has ordered Fayemi to pay all outstanding benefits of Ex-SSG (Dr. Modupe Alade) and two Ex-commissioners (Michael Ayodele and Tunde Ogunleye) that served under Fayose.
The court ruled today that the outstanding salary and benefits must be paid within 30 days with 10 percent interest as from today.
The court also imposed N100,000 fine on the Ekiti State government.
