No fewer than 1,000,000 All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) members in Awka North and South Local Government Areas has set to embark on a peaceful protest match to late Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu’s cenotaph over ex-governor’s Peter Obi’s defection to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

According to Aye Dee, real name Mukhtar Alexander Dan'Iyan, Tinubu and his wife were once drug barons in the US. That as much fun as we make of Buruji Kashamu for being wanted in the USA for heroin distribution, Bola Tinubu and his wife, Remi, were also involved in the distribution of the drug in the late 80s, early 90s. But that their career in the drug trade was  cut short when they were apprehended by the US government. In a move seen as unprecedented since the beginning of the Gulder Ultimate Search reality television challenge, Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano visited the fourteen contestants in the 11th edition of the reality television show at their camp inside the historic Ude Ovulu Jungle in Aguleri, Anambra East Local Government Area, over the weekend to interact with the contestants and experience first-hand, the GUS challenge.

FORMER President Olusegun Obasanjo, yesterday, explained why he preferred to be active only at the ward level of his party even as he said he bears no grudge against anyone.
Obasanjo, a former Chairman Board of Trustees of the PDP was reacting to pleas made to him by National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Adamu Muazu, Senate president, David Mark and former governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, last Wednesday in Abuja where they all begged the former president for forgiveness and asked him to come back to the party.
In a statement issued to newsmen in Abeokuta, Obasanjo, however, said it was wrong for the party leaders to be inviting him back to the PDP, describing it as a great misrepresentation, adding that he had never left PDP and will never leave PDP.
