Delivery its five hour judgement,Justice Mohammed Lawal Garba led a panel of five justices in considering the appeal filed by Mr. Ngige who sought a ruling setting aside the verdict of the tribunal and a determination that the election had failed to comply with electoral laws.
In rejecting all the grounds of appeal filed by the APC candidate, the appellate court ratified the election that brought Mr. Obiano into office.
