He assured of the government provision of necessary facilities that will aid the smooth operation of their business including enhance health facilities with the move to making Anambra the next health tourism center after USA, Germany, France even Dubai and other notable improve health friendly countries of the world.
The governor, stated this while speaking with newsmen shortly after inspecting the ultra-modern pharmaceutical company owned by JUHEL Pharmacy Ltd, Awka, promised to improve facilities to encourage investment to thrive in Anambra.
Gov Obiano also promised to provide a 10MV Power supply machine to improve power supply for the factory and its environs and instructed the state commissioner for Health, Dr. Josephat Okabuike to ensure the comapny becomes the net supplier of the state pharmaceutical products.
Taking the governor round the facility, the Chief Executive Officer, JUHEL Pharmaceutical Ltd, Dr. Eric Okoye narrated the basic challenges been faced as an investor in Anambra and extolled the governor's programmes instituted to fight insecurity in the state which according to him, is the ban of conducive business environment and yardstick that will encourage investment to thrive in Anambra.
"We... appreciate you Sir,for indirectly reducing our production cost through the unbelievable secure environment you provided within your short stay in office.
"Those who hitherto were avoiding trip to our factory... now visit asking for where to spend a cool night-out in Awka.
"This singular action has improved the quality of employable senior staff, since it was then difficult for some people to accept jobs due to insecurity".Dr. Okoye said.
