Alleged sexual assault princess concludes her testimony, as court hears evidence of accused victim

Comedienne damilola adekoya aka princess has told justice oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Lagos State special offences court that she too distraught to write a police statement upon lodging a complaint of alleged sexual assault

against olanrewaju omiyinka. princess who's the first witness of the state said during cross examination that it was a police officer who wrote the statement for her 


when asked by defence counsel dada awosika, why she left left her foster daughter , who's 14 years old, alone with the accused defiler, she said the initial plan was to confront him but she feared he could become violent. princess also said she didn't know he would repeat the act as the alleged victim is now older, unlike when he first allegedly defiled her twice, seven years ago.


the witness also denied that the victim was calm and responsive when she was left with the accused but admitted that she bent down to remove his shoes and gave him water when he asked her to.


she insisted that the defendant also touched the victims private part and breasts and was licking her body in the recording .


the defence counsel also hinted that it will be making an application to the court for an order for princess to release hard drive device of.the CCTV recording to ascertain that the clip wasn't manipulated .


when asked who a certain damola adekola was, who was also arested around the period, the witness said he's a neighbour who also allegedly sexually harassed the same victim in December last year.


the court is presently hearing the evidence of the second witness who's the alleged.victim, but the press and the public have been sent out of the courtroom to protect the identity of the minor.
