regretted that the people should be enjoying their rights, saying that most times people tend to neglect their rights, even as if he called on the people always held the government accountable.

'Let us have unicameral legislature to reduce the funding. Adopt America style where lawmakers are paid for their seatings and allow to work. Reform justice delivery system so they court issues  no longer last over a two months. To reduce their entitlements.

We supposed to approach the Government and checkmate them to ensure they work on our roads. We supposed to demand for our rights and they would give us our resources. To strengthen the government institutions and rights persons will be appointed to participate in govt. Everyone is parts of the government and should come in.

For their part,  Barr. Ikechukwu Charles Chuke, representing. Barr Maduforo Obinna, the State Coordinator National Human Rights commission and the former president of CDHR, Comr. Sunny Enenuvwedia, 'We must reach as that will make us to reach out and change the Government at states level. We should stop hammering on the national alone whereby states and LGad are not doing well. As states are now electing only their members and surrogates at community levels.

'And use them against the people. Human rights violation are more at states and community levels but not using or accounting for them. Go back homes and interrogate your leaders to know what they are using their monies for. Ask them to account.

'Mention states, communities and LGAs. BoT Chairmen. Go home and do the needful. The society and police must collaborate for us to move forward. He noted that the junior and DPOs need to be interrogated and train well.

'We deal and resolve cases nationwide. Report any violation and we will take care of it. Currently in all states nationwide,' they concluded
